Whether it's a wordmark, icon, or both, these are essential assets in order to create a brand. This is what defines the brand at first glance and gives the audience a feel for what they can expect.

CUTS BY GHOST

This logo was done for a barber who requested something that fit his style. He goes by ghost and wanted that name to be his business name as well, therefore Cuts by Ghost in the format of a wordmark.

RAIZ RADIANTE

Raiz Radiante is a Christian organization that posts devotionals on Instagram. Their target audience is spanish speakers who are Christian. Raiz Radiante is spanish for radiant root, therefore wanting the icon to depict the growth of the root which would be the wheat in this case.

AJ AIR SOLUTIONS

AJ Air solutions is an HVAC company who looked into creating their own brand. Being an HVAC company, they wanted to incorporate heating and cooling into the logo, so by forming the respective shape and colors into the A & J, it could be used both as a wordmark and icon to represent the services of the business.

S&J PAINTING

S & J Painting was looking for something modern and clean to represent their company. By using the idea of a painter's color swatch and incorporating it into the letters, the result was a professional wordmark that could also be used as an icon.

WHAT WE'RE SURE OF

What We're Sure Of is a startup podcast between two close friends. They were looking for something bright and fun to represent their podcast. The solution was to use the specific colors shown and animating the hosts into the cover art to display what their audience could look forward to.

FERNANDEZ GUTTER MAINTENANCE

Fernandez Gutter Maintenance was started to solely focus on maintaining gutters. The owner of the business wanted the logo to be a simple wordmark and show what exactly was the focus of the business. Therefore, including the gutter imagery as part of the wordmark was the best solution for what he was looking for.

OPTIVUS GRAPHICS

Optivus Graphics is another one of my own creations for my freelance graphic design business. I wanted to depict something where the letters O+G could be incorporated into the icon and also represent the business. With the lighbulb imagery and specific colors chosen I was able to accomplish my goal.

FOUR FORTY STUDIOS

Four Forty Studios is a concept music studio service. The logo was inspired by an audio wave, and the colors were selected to represent a modern and energetic feel. A brand guideline was created for this logo to demonstrate its use in various forms. You could view it by selecting the image.

GRUPO PENSAMIENTO

Grupo Pensamiento is a christian cumbia band who was looking to rebrand. I decided to go for a wordmark that focused on the name of the band. Then, by adding the element of the dove in a line art format, it completed the logo as a whole. The dove was in their previous logo and they wanted to keep that element in the new logo.

MARI'S TAMALES

Mari's Tamales is a small startup tamale business. They are very passionate about their food and culture. Taking those factors into consideration, I created a logo that could represent that same passion and love for the Mexican culture. I used traditional Mexican colors and a font that displays the feel of a cultural food business.
